Wadebridge Showground

Inside halls: Day before set up, 12pm - 6pm furniture and wall stalls only others by arrangement
            
1ST DAY:

5am Showground Opens
6.30am Buildings Open
7am Trade Buyers Admitted
9am Public Admitted
5pm Fair Closes – Buildings Secured

2ND DAY:

8am Buildings Open
9am Buyers Admitted
4pm Fair Closes

Security:  Will be on site 24 hours day and night with DOGS Inside and OUT plus out of uniform 

ALL FAIRS

Zero Tolerance: In the event of theft contact Security (Wadebridge)
Or the Organisers immediately
Thieves will be prosecuted without exception.
Watch your stock and your money at all times, it is your responsibility.
Do not leave your stall unattended, if you are a lone trader inform security or the organisers on arrival, they will stand in for you to use toilets or get food for (15 minutes maximum)
(sorry, not while you go off shopping)

 
Health & Safety 
Due to a potential serious incident at our events it is imperative that all fixtures and fittings are secured before trading commences.
First Aiders are in attendance at our fairs.
Please adheres to requests from our security and AFC staff. These people are here for safety and to insure the smooth running of our events.


Stallholders: 
Please check all tables, chairs & fittings are secure, these supplied and any brought in by you are your responsibility, not ours

​If traveling far always check the event is sill on.

Your Security: We are creatures of habit doesn't always pay in these times we hear to often of thefts part or even complete collections of stock and money, use lockable cabinets, a money belt is the safest, where you can, yes it can happen to you just be more aware, take more precautions, have company, change your route, go round the roundabout twice, even change your vehicle from time to time, especially jewellery dealers. Of Course insure your stock. Shearwater specialise in Antiques.

Public Liability: You should have public liability Insurance your responsibility, not ours. 
 
Obstacles: Please ensure all boxes/obstacles likely to cause obstruction to any person/s are removed from aisles or any public area, must be clear at all times. Your responsibility not ours.

Toilets / Showers: Blocks on site, with disabled facilities, open 24 hours (Wadebridge)

Camping: Is allowed for inside & outside stallholders only between trade dates included in your rent. Any before or after will be charged by the showground at there rate. 
free of charge Hook-ups charged at cost by arrangement and paid two weeks before the event.

Vehicle Rally: Exhibitors by arrangement with Jason or Alex (Wadebridge) there is no charge.

Dogs: Are welcomed please be responsible with them keep on leads, Dogs in vehicle's must have adequate ventilation on hot days. (security will break into your vehicle to help animals in distress)

Ensure they do not run wild around the stalls keep on leads inside and out.

Damage done by you, your kids or dog/s is your responsibility and you must pay for all damages charged accordingly

Rubbish: Yours is your responsibility not ours  £50 charge per vehicle if left on site and refused entry at future AFC events

WE DO NOT WANT IT,  YOUR RUBBISH TAKE IT WITH YOU OR IN THE BINS PROVIDED IF LEFT YOU WILL BE CHARGED £50, WE ARE!!
